Commissioning your new unique heirloom from Custom Furniture Creations is a collaborative process that will result in you obtaining a piece that comfortably fits your requirements like your favorite old pair of blue jeans.

Step 1: Dream.... imagine....... envision the wood creation you desire. Pictures from home magazines, architectural journals, any other picture will help you in narrowing down your idea. Contact us. Often, we can be of assistance by asking and answering questions in a collaborative session where at the end of the session, we should be able to transfer your dream into a solid concept that we can create for you.

Step 2: Keep an open mind as to the beauty and variety of nature as we create a quote for you. Contact us. During our collaborative session (s) an idea of the shape, functionality and overall design of the wood creation can be nailed down. However, we will show you samples of wood to be used for your creation, but since no two trees are identical (At least the ones we select.) the end product will be very, very, close to the wood samples, but not exact. Often, you will benefit from some unique natural beauty that that the wood possesses and our craftsmanship brings out in the piece. (Check out some of our unique woods !)

Step 3: Custom Furniture Creations will develop a plan and a quote for you that includes a dimensional drawing, functionality specs, wood selections, finishes, and a shipping quote. (Shipping will be free if within one hour of our location.) Contact us.

Step 4: We create......................During this period, you may visit at any time to witness the birth of your new family heirloom.
